The yoga block is another one of the yoga props that get used frequently. Blocks help to stabilize. Sometimes a yoga block is called a yoga brick.
Yoga props also include yoga straps or belts. These serve as an extension for poses that may be hard to reach. There are also several bound poses that a strap must be used for.
